Resumo: In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, brazilian federal universities have been looking for a solution for non-classroom teaching. The Federal University of ABC was one of the first institutions to implement a remote teaching regime. The purpose of this experience report is to reflect about this implementation process, as a teacher in higher education. During the course, given in a non-face-to-face manner, three elements emerged as obstacles: low interaction, time, and socio-emotional issues. These aspects had a great influence on the progress of the work, so that aspects that I point out as learned for the teaching proposals that are being developed in pandemic times emerge, they are: the guarantee of inclusion of students, psychological support to the university community , the expansion of the disciplines beyond the conceptual contents and the provision of sufficient time for the elaboration of proposals that guarantee the quality of teaching for all

La Universidad Federal de ABC fue una de las primeras instituciones en implementar un régimen de enseñanza remota. El propósito de este informe de experiencia es reflexionar sobre este proceso de implementación, como docente en educación superior. Durante el curso, impartido de manera no presencial, surgieron tres elementos como obstáculos: baja interacción, tiempo y problemas socioemocionales. Estos aspectos tuvieron una gran influencia en el progreso del trabajo, por lo que surgen aspectos que destaco como aprendidos para las propuestas docentes que se desarrollan en tiempos de pandemia, son: la garantía de inclusión de los alumnos, el apoyo psicológico a la comunidad universitaria , la expansión de las disciplinas más allá de los contenidos conceptuales y la provisión de tiempo suficiente para la elaboración de propuestas que garanticen la calidad de la enseñanza para todos.Em meio à pandemia de COVID-19, as universidades federais brasileiras vêm buscando uma solução para o ensino não presencial. A Universidade Federal do ABC foi uma das primeiras instituições a implementar um regime remoto de ensino. O objetivo desse relato de experiência é refletir sobre esse processo de implementação, enquanto docente do ensino superior. Durante a disciplina, ministrada de forma não presencial, três elementos surgiram como obstáculos: a baixa interação, o tempo, e as questões socioemocionais.
