Resumo: | The Pedagogical Residency Program is a federal government initiative, under the governance of the Coordination and Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes). The purpose of the program is to promote institutional projects designed specially for the initial training of basic education teachers in undergraduate courses. This text has the following objective: to present an account of the experience carried out within the scope of the Pedagogical Residency Program, linked to the State University of Piauí (UESPI), in the Pedagogy course at Campus Jesualdo Cavalcanti, in the area of Literacy. Composition of the subproject nucleus: 1 area coordinator (teacher at UESPI); 1 preceptor (professor of the municipal public school system); 8 residents (students of the pedagogy course at UESPI). The total workload was 414 hours, distributed in three modules, planned and executed considering increasing levels of complexity. The results of this experience allow us to make some observations, such as: training of the licentiate, considering the link between theory and practice; encouragement and appreciation of the literacy teacher; promotion of actions in rural schools, with the support of the management team and the teaching team, to encourage the learning and development of children in early childhood education; stimulus, through daily activities and reading projects, for the improvement of the literacy process and for the formation of a literary education. |

El programa tiene como objetivo promover proyectos institucionales destinados exclusivamente a la formación inicial de docentes de educación básica en cursos de pregrado. Este texto tiene el siguiente objetivo: presentar un relato de la experiencia realizada en el ámbito del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica, vinculado a la Universidad Estadual de Piauí (UESPI), en el curso de Pedagogía del Campus Jesualdo Cavalcanti, en el área de Alfabetización. Composición del núcleo del subproyecto: 1 coordinador de área (docente de la UESPI); 1 preceptor (profesor del sistema escolar público municipal); 8 residentes (estudiantes del curso de pedagogía de la UESPI). La carga total de trabajo fue de 414 horas, divididas en tres módulos, planificadas y ejecutadas, considerando niveles crecientes de complejidad. Los resultados de esta experiencia nos permiten hacer algunas consideraciones, como: la formación del licenciado, considerando el vínculo entre teoría y práctica; estímulo y aprecio del alfabetizador; promoción de acciones en las escuelas rurales, con el apoyo del equipo directivo y del equipo docente, para favorecer el aprendizaje y desarrollo de los niños en educación infantil; estímulo, a través de actividades cotidianas y proyectos de lectura, para el mejoramiento del proceso de lectoescritura y para la formación de una educación literaria.O Programa Residência Pedagógica é uma iniciativa do governo federal, sob a governança da Coordenação e Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes). A finalidade do programa reside em fomentar projetos institucionais voltados exclusivamente à formação inicial de professores da educação básica nos cursos de licenciatura. Este texto traz consigo o seguinte objetivo: apresentar um relato da experiência realizada no âmbito do Programa Residência Pedagógica, vinculado à Universidade Estadual do Piauí (UESPI), no curso de Pedagogia do Campus Jesualdo Cavalcanti, na área da Alfabetização. Composição do núcleo do subprojeto: 1 coordenadora de área (docente da UESPI); 1 preceptor (professor da rede municipal de ensino público); 8 residentes (alunos do curso de pedagogia da UESPI). A carga horária total foi de 414 horas, distribuídas em três módulos, planejados e executados, considerando níveis crescentes de complexidade. Os resultados dessa experiência nos possibilita tecer algumas considerações: a formação do licenciando, considerando o vínculo entre a teoria e a prática; o incentivo e valorização do professor alfabetizador; a promoção de ações nas escolas-campo, com o apoio da equipe gestora e da equipe docente, de incentivo à aprendizagem e desenvolvimento da criança da educação infantil; o estímulo, por meio de atividades diárias e projetos de leitura, para a melhoria do processo de alfabetização e para a formação de uma educação literária.
