Private movements and their actions in the Southeast: a debate on networks of influence and the National Curricular Common Base

Resumo: This text is an excerpt of a master's research, we discuss the influence network of actors in the business movement that has strengthened in recent years, more specifically, dealing with the actors that make up the Movement for the Base. The objective is to present the programs offered to state public education networks in the Southeast with objectives aimed at the Base's policy and that have some type of interference, support or funding from the private actors that are part of the Movement. The procedures used in this qualitative research were targeted searches on the websites of the southeastern state education secretariats, between the years 2013 to 2019. The results indicate a predilection of private actors to act in teacher training, in an era called by Ball and Olmedo (2013) from the era of philanthrocapitalists, who build their investments and offer consultancy and programs in search of potential profits.

El objetivo es presentar los programas que se ofrecen a las redes estatales de educación pública del Sureste con objetivos encaminados a la política de Base y que cuentan con algún tipo de injerencia, apoyo o financiamiento de los actores privados que integran el Movimiento. Los procedimientos utilizados en esta investigación cualitativa fueron búsquedas dirigidas en los sitios web de las secretarías estatales de educación del sureste, entre los años 2013 a 2019. Los resultados indican una predilección de los actores privados por actuar en la formación docente, en una época denominada por Ball y Olmedo ( 2013) de la era de los filantrocapitalistas, que construyen sus inversiones y ofrecen consultorías y programas en busca de ganancias potenciales.Este texto é um recorte de pesquisa de mestrado realizada nos anos de 2019 à 2021, debatemos sobre a rede de influência de atores do movimento empresarial que tem se fortalecido nos últimos anos, mais especificamente, tratando dos atores que compõe o Movimento pela Base. O objetivo é apresentar os programas oferecidos às redes públicas estaduais de educação do sudeste com objetivos voltados à política da Base e que tenham algum tipo de interferência, apoio ou financiamento dos atores privados que fazem parte do Movimento. Os procedimentos utilizados nesta pesquisa qualitativa, foram buscas direcionadas nos sites das secretarias estaduais de educação do sudeste, entre os anos de 2013 à 2019.
