CULTURAL EXPROPRIATION: BNCC AND HIGH SCHOOL REFORMS UNDER DEBATE)

Resumo: | In this article we intend to discuss the deeper meanings of recent educational policies, which are the BNCC and the reform of high school, and their implications in the conformation of a culturally debased and instrumentalized curriculum to meet the designs of the capital in the current historical period. We also strive to draw attention to the didactic-pedagogical programmatic convergence of various Private Apparatus of Hegemony, with prominence of the Movimento pela Base, in the direction of this march of capital in implementing a new (old) curriculum for Basic Education in Brazil. As a result, our studies indicated that this movement of neoliberal capital in contemporary times, far beyond advocating a curriculum emptied of content, aims to premeditatedly and articulately carry out a political-pedagogical program of cultural expropriation of the integral or omnilateral school education of children and young people of the Brazilian working class. |

También nos esforzamos por llamar la atención sobre la convergencia programática didáctico-pedagógica de varios Aparatos Privados de Hegemonía, con protagonismo del Movimento pela Base, hacia esta marcha del capital en la implementación de un nuevo (viejo) currículo para la Educación Básica en Brasil. Como resultado, nuestros estudios indicaron que este movimiento del capital neoliberal en la época contemporánea, mucho más allá de abogar por un currículo vaciado de contenido, pretende llevar a cabo premeditada y articuladamente un programa político-pedagógico de expropiación cultural de la educación escolar integral u omnilateral de los niños y jóvenes de la clase trabajadora brasileña.Nos propusemos a debater os sentidos mais profundos das recentes políticas educacionais, que são a BNCC e a reforma do Ensino Médio, e suas implicações na conformação de um currículo culturalmente rebaixado e instrumentalizado para atender aos desígnios do capital neoliberal.
