The Role of Private Actors of Todos pela Base Movement in the Espírito Santo State Network: mapping and characterization

Resumo: This study comes from ongoing master's research and integrates interinstitutional research carried out by researchers from UNICAMP, UNESP, USP. It aims to investigate the performance of private actors that make up the Todos pela Base (MBNC) movement in the state network of Espírito Santo (ES), in the period 2013-2019. To this end, the actions, programs and projects that these actors have in partnership with the state school for the curriculum area were mapped. The mapping was carried out on the website of the state education department of Espírito Santo and in the Mapping of private actors in public education database of GREPPE - Group of Studies and Research in Educational Policy. The preliminary results show that there was a significant increase in projects started in 2019 and that, in the majority, the projects are aimed at the category of teachers. This increase may be related to the approval of the Base and its implementation period.

This increase may be related to the approval of the Base and its implementation period.Este estudio parte de una investigación de maestría en curso e integra investigaciones interinstitucionales realizadas por investigadores de la UNICAMP, la UNESP y la USP. Tiene como objetivo investigar el desempeño de los actores privados que componen el Movimiento Todos por la Base (MBNC) en la red estatal de Espírito Santo (ES), en el período 2013-2019. Para ello, se mapearon las acciones, programas y proyectos que estos actores han ofrecido a la red estatal para el área curricular. El mapeo se realizó en la página web de la Secretaría de Estado de Educación de ES y en la base de datos Mapeo de actores privados en la educación pública del Grupo de Estudios e Investigación en Política Educativa (GREPPE). Los resultados preliminares muestran que ha habido un aumento significativo de los proyectos iniciados en 2019 y que, en su mayor parte, los proyectos están dirigidos a la profesión docente. Este aumento puede estar relacionado con la aprobación de la Base y su plazo de aplicación.O estudo é proveniente de pesquisa de mestrado em andamento e integra pesquisa interinstitucional realizada por pesquisadores da UNICAMP, UNESP, USP. Tem como objetivo investigar a atuação dos atores privados que compõem o Movimento Todos pela Base (MBNC) na rede estadual do Espírito Santo (ES), no período de 2013-2019. Para tanto, foram mapeadas as ações, programas e projetos que esses atores têm oferecido à rede estadual para a área de currículo. O mapeamento foi realizado no site da secretaria estadual de educação do ES e no banco de dados Mapeamento de atores privados na educação pública do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Política Educacional (GREPPE). Os resultados preliminares evidenciam que houve um aumento significativo de projetos iniciados em 2019 e que, em sua maioria, os projetos são voltados para a categoria dos docentes.
