Resumo: This article approaches the proposition of BNCC and the proposal of human training present in this document. Based on qualitative and documentary research, the philosophical perspective of education in contemporary times is presented, supported by Paulo Freire, Boaventura de Sousa Santos and Edgar Morin, and the manifest and latent content informed in the BNCC document is studied. It is concluded that the training project intended by BNCC is averse to the agenda of changes and the educational reform required in the 21st century, which should encompass not only the contents and methods, but, mainly, the involvement of man in his totality, that is, in his rational, ethical and aesthetic aspects.

Con base en una investigación cualitativa y de tipo documental, se presenta la perspectiva filosófica de educación en la contemporaneidad, sustentada por Paulo Freire, Boaventura de Sousa Santos y Edgar Morin, y se estudia el contenido manifiesto y latente que informa el documento de la BNCC. Se concluye que el proyecto de formación pretendido en la BNCC es adverso a la agenda de cambios y la reforma educativa necesaria en el siglo XXI, que debe abarcar no solo los contenidos y métodos, sino, principalmente, el envolvimiento del hombre en su totalidad, es decir, en su aspecto racional, ético y estético.O artigo aborda a proposição da BNCC e a proposta de formação humana presente nesse documento. Com base em uma pesquisa qualitativa e do tipo documental, apresenta-se a perspectiva filosófica de educação na contemporaneidade, apoiada em Paulo Freire, Boaventura de Sousa Santos e Edgar Morin, e estuda-se o conteúdo manifesto e latente que o documento da BNCC informa.
