Resumo: | Early childhood education is the first stage of basic education and requires a teaching professional who acts responsibly. In the search for the formation of the training processes, we proposed the following problem: how to configure a theoretical-practical initial training in the supervised stage of Early Childhood Education, to act in the pedagogical practice, enabling the production of knowledge? As a general objective, we analyze the theoretical- practical contributions required of professionals who will work in early childhood education, investigating how initial training can prepare them to work at this level of education, which allows the reception of knowledge production. Methodologically, we involved in the qualitative research the students of the Pedagogy course who attended the supervised internship for the elaboration of an internship proposal in an investigative perspective. We concluded that the professional who will work in early childhood education needs to promote theoretical-practical articulation for a meaningful performance. It is necessary to have a conscious look at their transforming role, as well as the responsibility of this professional to work with children, as being the basis of the subject’ s education. |

En la búsqueda de la formación de este profesional, propusimos el siguiente problema: ¿Cómo configurar una capacitación teórica y práctica inicial, en la primera etapa de la Educación Infantil, para actuar en la práctica pedagógica, propiciando la producción de conocimiento? Como objetivo general, analizamos las contribuciones teórico-prácticas requeridas de los profesionales que trabajarán en la educación de la primera infancia, investigando cómo la formación inicial puede prepararlos para la acción en este nivel educativo, lo que permite la recepción de la producción de conocimiento. Metodológicamente, involucramos en la investigación cualitativa a alumnos del curso de Pedagogía, que cursaban su prácticas de docencia supervisada. Hemos llegado a la conclusión de que el profesional que trabajará en la Educación Infantil debe ir más allá de las teorías y la práctica. Se necesita una visión consciente sobre su papel transformador, así como la responsabilidad de este profesional para actuar con los niños, como la base de la educación del sujeto.A Educação Infantil é a primeira etapa da educação básica e demanda um profissional que aja de maneira responsiva. Na busca da formação deste profissional, propusemos a seguinte problemática: Como configurar uma formação inicial teórico-prática, no estágio da Educação Infantil, para atuação na prática pedagógica, propiciando a produção do conhecimento? Como objetivo geral, analisamos as contribuições teórico-práticas exigidas dos profissionais que atuarão na educação infantil, investigando como a formação inicial pode prepará-los para atuação neste nível de ensino, que permita o acolhimento da produção do conhecimento. Metodologicamente, envolvemos na pesquisa qualitativa, os estudantes do curso de Pedagogia, que cursavam o estágio supervisionado. Chegamos à conclusão de que o profissional que atuará na educação infantil precisa ir além das teorias e da prática.
