Supervised internship in children education: a dialectical relationship Between theory and practice

Resumo: This paper presents the legislation on supervised internship and theoretical references about its importance in undergraduate courses, specifically in the Children Education, it is different from the other stages, considering the age served (0 to 5 years), because has as characteristic the discovery of the world through play, playfulness, interaction with peers, objects and their most experienced partners. Historically, this stage has been linked to care, often dissociated to educational actions. We present a experience report of a partnership for internship between an institution of public Children Education and a teacher training institute of high school, in the Normal modality in Curitiba-PR. The dialectical movement between theory and practice provided by the internship show new perspectives to the initial and continuous teachers’ training.

The dialectical movement between theory and practice provided by the internship show new perspectives to the initial and continuous teachers’ training.Este artículo presenta la legislación sobre pasantía supervisada y referencias teóricas sobre su importancia en los cursos de pregrado, específicamente en la educación inicial, que es diferente de las otras etapas, considerando el edad servida (0 a 5 años), que tiene como característica el descubrimiento del mundo a través del juego, de la interacción con colegas, de los objetos y sus compañeros más experimentados. Históricamente esta etapa se ha asociada con las prácticas de cuidado, disociadas de las acciones educativas. Presentamos un breve informe de experiencia de una asociación para la pasantía entre una institución pública de Educación Inicial y un instituto de formación de profesores de una escuela secundaria, en la modalidad Normal en Curitiba-PR. Los resultados muestran que el movimiento dialéctico entre la teoría y la práctica provisto por la pasantía señala nuevas perspectivas para la formación inicial y continua de los docentes.Este artigo apresenta a base legal do estágio supervisionado e referenciais teóricos sobre sua importância nas licenciaturas, de modo específico na Educação Infantil, a qual se difere das demais etapas, tendo em vista as especificidades da faixa etária atendida (0 a 5 anos), que tem como característica a descoberta do mundo por meio de brincadeiras, da ludicidade, da interação com seus pares, com os objetos e com seus parceiros mais experientes. Ademais, historicamente esta etapa tem vinculação com práticas assistenciais de cuidado, frequentemente dissociadas de ações educacionais. Desse modo, a partir das reflexões iniciais se expõe um breve relato de parceria para estágio entre uma instituição de Educação Infantil e um instituto de formação de professores a nível médio, na modalidade Normal em Curitiba-PR.
