https://doi.org/10.1590/2179-8966/2023/81161 Esse artigo apresenta um dos primeiros projetos de julgamentos feministas no Brasil, explicando a metodologia empregada, expondo os objetivos esperados e comentando os julgamentos que compõem o presente dossiê. Projetos de julgamentos feministas vem sendo desenvolvidos no país e mundo afora e, em comum, todos adotam a metodologia de reescrever, a partir de uma ou mais perspectivas feministas, decisões judiciais prolatadas em casos reais observando todas as limitações factuais e legais presentes na data do julgamento. Esses projetos têm por objetivo contribuir para a construção de uma nova compreensão crítica sobre o direito a partir das perspectivas de sujeitas de carne e osso inseridas em estruturas sociais hierarquizadas. Assim, expomos como a realidade das instituições que compõem os sistemas de justiça atuais ainda está marcada por estereótipos diversos, inclusive de gênero. Abstract This article introduces one of the first feminist judgment projects in Brazil, explaining the methodology used, the expected objectives and presenting the judgments that make up the present dossier. Feminist judgment projects have been developed in the country and around the world and, in common, they all adopt the methodology of rewriting, from one or more feminist perspectives, judicial decisions rendered in real cases, observing all the factual and legal limitations present on the date of the judgment. These projects aim to contribute to the construction of a new critical understanding of law from the perspectives of flesh-and-blood subjects embedded in hierarchical social structures. Thus, we expose the reality of the institutions that make up the current justice systems, still tainted by many stereotypes, including gendered ones.
