It intends to analyze the procedures applicable to insured transgender people and to approach, through the hypothetico-deductive method and bibliographical research, the legislative omission and the judicialization of rights, seeking possible solutions to be adopted by the regime. Pretende-se analisar os procedimentos aplicáveis aos segurados transgêneros e abordar, por meio do método hipotético-dedutivo e da pesquisa bibliográfica, a omissão legislativa e a judicialização de direitos, buscando-se possíveis soluções a serem adotadas pelo regime.
