Resumo: DOI: 10.1590/2179-8966/2018/34242ResumoA violência institucional no Brasil é um fenômeno condicionado por permanências do período ditatorial. A intervenção federal-militar no Rio de Janeiro e o espaço aberto aos militares na gestão golpista de Michel Temer apontam para um cenário de recrudescimento no campo dos direitos humanos e colocam em análise as perspectivas políticas para o pós 2018. Palavras-Chave: Permanências da Ditadura; Direitos Humanos; Recrudescimento da Violência de Estado.Abstract:The state violence in Brazil is a phenomenon conditioned by the continuities of the dictatorial period. The federal-military intervention in Rio de Janeiro and the space opened to the military in the Michel Temer's illegitimate government point to a scenario of recrudescence in the field of human rights and call attention to the political perspectives for the post 2018.Keywords: Continuities of the Dictatorship; Human Rights; Intensification of State Violence.
