This research aims to investigate the work under development in the Pedagogy Course in Pedagogy modality EaD of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro - UERJ, Consortium Cederj / UAB, in Angra dos Reis. A qualitative approach will be adopted and the methodology presents a bibliographical, documentary and analysis of the performance of the licenciandos in Pedagogy in some exploratory activities. The objective is to identify and analyze the conceptions of the students of the Teacher Training course on the concept of Numbering. The research is divided into four parts. In the first one, related to the introduction of the research, will be presented: problem, objectives, work structure and literature review. Already in the second and third chapters, we undertook a theoretical discussion related to the themes Teacher Training, Literature and on important ideas related to the concept of Numbering and social issues. In the fourth, we propose an ambiance with the research scenario and its enrolled subjects, we present the methodological procedures used in the research, as well as some results found. Finally, we state the comparison of the results of the analyzes of the data collections with the references treated in the research, thus presenting the considerations of the topic Numbering in Teacher Training.
