Gamificação aplicada no ensino de Administração e Ciências Contábeis: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

The present work aims to analyze the academic production related to the application of Gamification in the educational context of Administration and Accounting Sciences, in order to show how to use this active teaching methodology. To achieve this goal, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out, which analyzed four databases of scientific articles. Through this analysis, 1,203 (one thousand two hundred and three) articles were found. After this phase, the exclusion and inclusion criteria were applied, which made it possible to reach a total of 43 (forty-three) academic researches, 26 (twenty-six) of which were related to the teaching of Administration and 17 (seventeen) to the teaching of Accounting Sciences. The analysis of the articles made it possible to identify the forms of Gamification applied, the types of games used, the stages of the teaching-learning process evidenced by the authors in Gamifications, the pedagogical objectives of this teaching methodology, the theories that underlie the use of a gamified environment, its main researchers, the countries that carry out the most research and publish the most scientific papers on the use of Gamification in the teaching of Administration and Accounting, the subjects that applied Gamification in the teaching of Administration and Accounting.
