Alongside with school life, the students face many calculations and mathematical topics and, besides the joy and pleasure for Math of each one of then, it is important to modify the teaching method, fitting into the actual world in which we live, for this matter the interest for Math can be renewed, especially from the students who say (at first) that they don t like it. This change can be seen in the Math s book and in the evolution of the methods of teaching functions, as it can be seen in this work. Many published studies and papers pay attention to how to teach Math in a different way, using computer apps, origami, games e many ludic activities. Taking into consideration the technological evolution, especially in cellphones, making then smartphones, the author of the work has decided that maybe it can be possible, pleasurable, didactic and refreshing to use an app already known by a lot of teachers, the GeoGebra, but focused on smartphones. That way, propositions of activities for the 9º grade of the elementary school and 1st grade of the high school, are made and an analysis of the difficulties and the learning that the students receive using that app in the classroom with graph of functions, given that due to an analysis of ENEM and its evolution, it is a recurrent content in this exam
