Resumo: The recent technological and informational revolution has brought about a serious problem, mainly in the field of information dispersion, which has been generating serious legal uncertainty regarding the protection and safeguarding of personal data, which would be the disclosure of personal data and information without personal or law to do so, and the damages resulting from such breach. In this environment, the proposed research sought to determine the degree of understanding of health professionals about the importance and value that should be given to patients' personal data. Finally, the study culminated in the production of a digital manual, which aims to guide health professionals about the correct treatment of patients' personal data, reconciling this knowledge with current legislation, ensuring greater protection to the information generated during the elaboration, storage and eventual transmission of patient information

Neste ambiente, a pesquisa proposta buscou determinar o grau de entendimento dos profissionais da saúde acerca da importância e do valor que deve ser conferido aos dados pessoais dos pacientes.
