A compreensão das dinâmicas territoriais afrorreligiosas a partir da perspectiva da afro-territorialidade: um estudo sobre o processo de constituição, organização e difusão do Candomblé Kétu

The present study, based on geographical debates elaborated under cultural critique, has the characteristic feature of presenting afro-territoriality as a theoretical-conceptual perspective, constituted from the understanding of the movement of (re)territorialization of the yoruba people, which , faced with the historical nuances of oppression of the mercantileslave system, succeeded in assembling, at a first momento of their history in Brasilian lands, guaranteeing the resumption of their humanity and articulating mechanisms of resistance that would ensure the (re)establishment of their cultural and religious practices, from the process of constitution terreiros de candomblé kétu, still in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. It is a concept that puts in debate the territorial dynamics of the terreiros de candomblé, respecting the peculiarities of their traditions. Therefore, the concepts of vital energy, word, orality, family and ancestry common in black african societies were invoked, considering these as the foundations of afro-religious practices, which makes it possible to investigate them as the presuppositions of the concept under discussion. It should be pointed out that the debate was carried based on specific socio-historical analyzes, based on a specific bibliography on the theme and also on the lived experiences with members and terreiros de candomblé kétu tradition of different cities, such as: São Paulo, Salvador, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná and Santa Catarina; the investigative process protected by the interpretative presuppositions of the Phenomenological Method, guided by the prism of the afrocentricity that recognizes the history, the protagonism and the autonomy of the black agent in the constitution of its own territorialities, a relevant factor to be considered, because historically the traditions and customs of black origin in Brazil were portrayed under values, many times, alogens to their reality. Thus, afro-territoriality, molded under such epistemological approaches, was written from the recognition and appreciation of the traditions of ancient black african civilizations (among them Yoruba, used here to substantiate the present thesis) that contributed to the constitution of the terreiros de candomblé. So, this can be understood as a mythical-symbolic and philosophical cultural construct that, while a phenomenon of territorial agency, understands the different forms of the persons to relate to the space, both in the territorial dynamics inherent to the flow of activities celebrated inside the terreiros, as well as those carried out in the different places and landscapes that extend beyond it
