Do dispositivo da sexualidade ao direito à diferença (From the device of sexuality to the right to difference)

While analyzing the devices of sexuality, the relations of knowledge and power that they include, the biopower and the practices of resistance derivated from such normative procedures, Michel Foucault build an ethic with himself, searching a conceptual explanation for the origin or source of the resistances found in the counterpart of the other relations of subordination. However, in his historic research his relations with himself were explicit in the analysis made by him of the greek and roman way: but the affective conditions of such relations in the current world weren’t described given the sudden death of the author. Is this text, we try to develop the conditions of possibilities of the relations with itself in the present world, so we can build an ethic from law to the difference, making it stronger against the identitary and coercitive speech dictated by the devices of power.
