Resumo: This article aims to describe an intervention process carried out with a pedagogical supervisor of a municipal elementary I school, in order to favor the inclusion process of students with special educational needs (EEN), through collaborative research. We take as a theoretical basis the fundamentals of Inclusive Education and the analysis of the role of school management in the inclusion of the students with EEN. The research was carried out following the procedures of the collaborative research. The main participant was the pedagogical supervisor, other teachers and students with EEN also collaborated. The procedures for data collect occurred in three phases: needs assessment, intervention process and, evaluation of the developed process. The data were collected through interviews, questionnaires and observation in different contexts of the school. The results showed that the pedagogical supervisor and most teachers initially presented misconceptions about the inclusions process of students with EEN, what was worked in study cycles, reflective conversations and collaborative actions involving researcher and participants. Teaching conditions were also discussed with the participants in relation to the planning of activities and the necessary flexibilities. We considered that the results of this research reaffirmed the importance of the pedagogical supervisor’s work, regarding the inclusive school organization, as well as the contributions of collaborative work as a means of training participants in relation to the inclusion of students with EEN.

Tomamos como base teórica los fundamentos de la Educación Inclusiva y los análisis del papel de la gestión escolar para la inclusión de los alumnos con NEE. La investigación fue realizada según los procedimientos de la investigación colaborativa. El principal integrante del proceso fue una supervisora pedagógica, con la colaboración de los profesores y de los alumnos con NEE. Los procedimientos para la recolección de datos se dieron en tres fases: recolectar, identificar las necesidades; proceso de intervención y; evaluación del proceso realizado. Los datos fueron recolectados por medio de entrevistas, cuestionarios y observaciones en diversos contextos de la escuela. Los resultados evidenciaron que la supervisora pedagógica y la mayoría de los profesores inicialmente, presentaban concepciones equivocadas con respecto al proceso de inclusión de los alumnos con NEE, lo cual fue trabajado en ciclos de estudios, charlas reflexivas y actuaciones colaborativas involucrando a la investigadora y los demás participantes. También fue discutido con los participantes las condiciones de enseñanza, con respecto a la planificación de las actividades y las flexibilizaciones necesarias para su aplicación. Consideramos que los resultados de esa investigación reafirmaron la importancia de la labor del supervisor pedagógico en la organización de la escuela inclusiva, bien como las contribuciones del trabajo colaborativo como medio de formación de los participantes con relación al proceso de inclusión de los alumnos con NEE.Este artigo tem o objetivo de descrever um processo de intervenção realizado junto a uma supervisora pedagógica de uma escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental I, com vistas a favorecer o processo de inclusão de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais (NEE), por meio de uma pesquisa colaborativa. Tomamos como base teórica os fundamentos da Educação Inclusiva e as análises do papel da gestão escolar na inclusão dos alunos com NEE. A pesquisa foi realizada seguindo os procedimentos da pesquisa colaborativa. A principal participante foi uma supervisora pedagógica, colaboraram também os demais professores e os alunos com NEE. Os procedimentos para coleta dos dados ocorreram em três fases: levantamento das necessidades; processo de intervenção e; avaliação do processo desenvolvido. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas, questionários e observações em diversos contextos da escola. Os resultados evidenciaram que a supervisora pedagógica e a maioria dos professores inicialmente, apresentavam concepções equivocadas a respeito do processo de inclusão dos alunos com NEE, o qual foi trabalhado em ciclos de estudos, conversas reflexivas e atuações colaborativas envolvendo pesquisadora e participantes. Também foi discutido com as participantes as condições de ensino, em relação ao planejamento das atividades e as flexibilizações necessárias.
