Resumo: This paper highlights the importance of the subject as a source of knowledge and potential reconfiguration in educational processes of agroecological transformations. It shows how the symphony of four Latin American experiences in social organization—in their way of seeing, understanding, and transforming reality—reveal a political subject under construction. In these processes, teaching and learning relate to other ways of doing and thinking about agriculture, and agroecologies come into play as a powerful driving force that promote collective action in the community through popular educational processes. This education promotes and favors the visibility and protagonism of the subjects and their communities through the recognition of their practices and knowledge. This allows us to approach new coordinates of understanding in politics, and of the subject, subjectivities, discourses, and popular narratives that oppose the logics of power and its forms of control, domination, and appropriation. These are challenging spaces to learn, listen and dialogue with other forms of understanding coming from different places of enunciation, and to value the richness of territories and the thinking subjects that transform them.

Mostra como a sinfonia de quatro experiências de organizações sociais na América Latina que em sua maneira de ver, compreender e transformar a realidade revelam um tema político em construção. São processos em que as formas de ensino e aprendizagem correspondem a outras formas de fazer e pensar a agricultura, e onde as agroecologias entram em jogo como uma poderosa força motriz que promove a ação coletiva na comunidade através de processos de educação popular ou como consequência. É uma educação que promove e favorece a visibilidade do protagonismo dos sujeitos e suas comunidades através do reconhecimento de práticas e conhecimentos, o que nos permite abordar novas coordenadas de compreensão da política e do sujeito, subjetividades, discursos e narrativas populares que se opõem à lógica do poder e suas formas de controle, dominação e apropriação. Estes espaços representam um desafio para aprender a ouvir e dialogar com outras formas de compreensão de diferentes lugares de enunciação e valorizar a riqueza dos territórios e dos sujeitos pensantes que os transformam.El siguiente trabajo pone en evidencia la importancia del sujeto, como fuente de saberes, conocimientos y potencial reconfigurador en procesos educativos de transformación agroecológica. Se muestra cómo la sinfonía de cuatro experiencias de organizaciones sociales en Latinoamérica que en su manera de ver, comprender y transformar la realidad revelan a un sujeto político en construcción. Son procesos en donde las formas de enseñanza aprendizaje corresponden otras maneras de hacer y pensar las agriculturas, y donde las agroecologías, entran en juego, como un poderoso impulsor que promueve acciones colectivas en la comunidad a través de procesos de educación popular o como una consecuencia. Es una educación que promueve y favorece la visibilización del protagonismo de lo(a)s sujetos y sus comunidades a través del reconocimiento de prácticas y conocimientos, lo que permite acercarnos a nuevas coordenadas de comprensión de la política y el sujeto, las subjetividades, los discursos y narrativas populares que se contraponen a las lógicas de poder y sus formas de control, dominación y apropiación.
