Resumo: | Abstract: This study aims to reflect upon the effects of National Development Plan for Teachers in Public Educational Systems and Network (PARFOR) fostered into the practice and lives of students from class 01 of the Education undergraduate course in Cruzeiro do Sul – AC. A qualitative and biographical grounds the nature of this research. In order to achieve it, besides of a field research and the application of a survey, also authors enlightened the debate such as Lüdke e André (1986), Gil (1994) in order to ground the methodology; Saviani (2009) to collect data about teacher education in Brazil; Paulo Freire (2005) to reflect about a liberating pedagogy; among others. To conclude this study, it is suitable to point out that the plan raised positive effects in pedagogical practice and in the lives of these undergraduate students, in which besides their development, they are renovating the world around them and even though transforming themselves as professional as human beings. Keywords: Teacher education; transformation; Parfor.Resumen: El presente estudio tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre los impactos que el Plan Nacional para la Formación de Profesores de Educación Básica (Parfor) promueve en la práctica y en la vida de los estudiantes en la clase 01 del curso de Pedagogía en la ciudad de Cruzeiro do Sul-AC. Es una investigación cualitativa y bibliográfica. Para llevarlo a cabo, además de la investigación de campo y la aplicación de un cuestionario, también fue necesario utilizar trabajos de autores como Lüdke y André (1986), Gil (1994), para apoyar la metodología; Saviani (2009) para obtener información sobre la formación de docentes en Brasil; Paulo Freire (2005) para pensar la educación liberadora; entre otros. Al final de la investigación, es posible afirmar que el programa promueve impactos positivos en la práctica pedagógica y en la vida de los académicos, quienes, a partir de la capacitación que están recibiendo, continúan transformando el mundo que los rodea y son transformados por él, tanto como profesionales como seres humanos.
