Diferentes níveis de salinidade e sua influência sobre a produção de rúcula (eruca sativa)

The rocket for if dealing with a crop grown by small and medium producers, which most of the times they use the waters of superficial sources or shallow wells that present elevated concentrations of salts, therefore this work aimed to evaluate the effect of salinity on the irrigation water for the culture of Arugula. The experiment was developed in house of vegetation of the Center of Agrarian Sciences of the Federal University of Alagoas - CECA/UFAL, during the period from 13 January to 26 february 2016. The experimental design used was the completely randomized with 5 treatments and 5 repetitions, the treatments were five levels of salinity, where: T1 (017 dS m-1) T2 (1 dS m-1) T3 (2 dS m-1) T4 (3 dS m-1) and T5 (4 dS m-1). It was done the harvest at 45 days after planting and there was the evaluation of the following variables: plant height, leaf area, fresh matter of the aerial part and root dry matter of the aerial part and root and number of leaves. The data obtained were submitted to analysis of variance and regression analysis, linear regression to the significant difference of the data. Taking its greater productivity been reached at the level of T1 salinity (017 dS m-1) and decreasing linearly until it reaches its lower productivity with salinity level of T5 (4 dS m-1).
