Roda de conversa com gestantes como estratégia de educação em saúde: relato de experiência

Resumo: Objective: to report the experience of nursing students during a conversation circle with pregnant women as a health education strategy carried out in a Basic Health Unit in the interior of Amazonas. Methods: this is a descriptive study, type experience report, developed at the Basic Health Unit Henrique Octavio Pool in the city of Coari - Amazonas, during the internship of the discipline of women's health II. The target audience was 12 registered pregnant women. Audiovisual resources were used to work on the themes with the pregnant women, which were: birth mechanism, good practices for pain relief and what to take to motherhood. Results: the pregnant women participated actively, with a lot of enthusiasm and curiosity, doubts were clarified about the themes, being highlighted by the participants that there should be more actions focused on the context of pregnancy. Conclusion: the activity made it possible to contribute in an enriching way to everyone's knowledge, especially the target audience, pregnant women. Therefore, it is necessary to hold conversation circles more frequently, considering that doubts arise during pregnancy and need to be clarified, especially in primigravidae.

Therefore, it is necessary to hold conversation circles more frequently, considering that doubts arise during pregnancy and need to be clarified, especially in primigravidae.Objetivo:relatar a experiência vivenciada por acadêmicos de enfermagem durante a realização de uma roda de conversa com gestantes como estratégia de educação em saúde realizada em uma Unidade Básica de Saúde do interior do Amazonas.Métodos: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, tipo relato de experiência,desenvolvido na Unidade Básica de Saúde Henrique Octavio Pool no município de Coari – Amazonas, durante o estágio da disciplina saúde da mulher II. O público alvo foram 12 gestantes cadastradas.Utilizou-se recursos audiovisuais para trabalhar as temáticas com as gestantes, que foram: mecanismo do parto, boas práticas para alívio da dor e o que levar a maternidade. Resultados: as gestantes participaram de forma ativa, com bastante entusiasmo e curiosidade, as dúvidas foram esclarecidas acerca dos temas, sendo ressaltado pelas participantes que deveria ocorrer mais ações voltadas para o contexto da gestação. Conclusão: a atividade possibilitou contribuir de forma enriquecedora para os conhecimentos de todos, principalmente do público alvo, as gestantes.
