This research analyzes the challenges associated with the interaction between the Technological Innovation Centers and the productive sector in processes involving technology transfer in Brazil. To this purpose, an exploratory study of a bibliographic nature was carried out, with a qualitative approach. The results presented the challenges of technology transfer in order to improve the flow of intellectual property in centers of technological innovation to the productive environment, providing profitable deals for research institutions. Thus, difficulties in the transfer of technology were identified and overcoming strategies were presented. It was concluded that the marketing in the institutions, the valuation of technology and the licensing of contracts are great challenges for the transfer of technology in Technological Innovation Centers in Brazil.
