São Bernardo do Campo, 2023Das lutas das trabalhadoras domésticas por reconhecimento e igualdade de direitos insurgem ações de resistência e de desobediência epistêmica que põem à mostra o papel estratégico desta força de trabalho para a manutenção da vida humana. Em resposta às hierarquias sociais que as envolvem, seja por sua localização no campo da reprodução social, seja por codificações de classe, gênero e raça, as trabalhadoras domésticas elaboram saberes que as reabilitam enquanto sujeitas da história. O movimento ou organização de classe, como reivindicam, conta com diversos apoios, parcerias e articulações com organizações e movimentos sociais; porém, o que dá embasamento à leitura do mundo e à atuação política é a realidade em que vivem, o chão que pisam e o conhecimento que elaboram coletivamente. Para o recorte desta pesquisa, busco compreender a maneira pela qual estes elementos são enunciados nas falas de Creuza Maria de Oliveira, liderança que já esteve à frente da Federação Nacional dos Trabalhadores Domésticos (Fenatrad); atualmente na presidência do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Domésticos no Estado da Bahia (Sindoméstico/BA). O objetivo é investigar a construção do seu pensamento, umbilicalmente ligado à sua trajetória de mulher negra, trabalhadora doméstica ainda na infância e a sua postura combativa como porta-voz da categoria. O material é colocado em conversação com aportes teóricos que problematizam a expropriação das capacidades de corpos femininos e/ou racializados inscrita na divisão institucional entre produção econômica e reprodução, precisamente o local de onde emergem tanto as contradições do sistema capitalista quanto às potenciais fontes de transformação, as chamadas, "lutas de fronteira". Além das conversas com a minha interlocutora, iniciadas no primeiro trimestre de 2021, e do levantamento bibliográfico que remonta ao início da organização formal do movimento, na década de 1930, os procedimentos de pesquisa abarcam anotações de campo resultantes do acompanhamento de reuniões e congressos nacionais, compreendidos no período de março de 2021 a novembro de 2022 e nos quais representantes dos sindicatos da Bahia e da Fenatrad tiveram assento.From the domestic workers' struggles for recognition and equal rights emerge actions of resistance and epistemic disobedience that show the strategic role of this labor force for the maintenance of human life. In response to the social hierarchies that surround them, whether by their location in the field of social reproduction or by class, gender, and race codifications, domestic workers elaborate knowledge that rehabilitates them as subjects of history. The class movement or organization, as they claim, counts on several supports, partnerships, and articulations with organizations and social movements; however, what gives a basis to the reading of the world and to political action is the reality in which they live, the ground they walk on, and the knowledge they collectively elaborate. For the purposes of this research, I seek to understand how these elements are enunciated in the speeches of Creuza Maria de Oliveira, a leader who has been at the head of the National Federation of Domestic Workers (Fenatrad); currently, she is the president of the Union of Domestic Workers in the State of Bahia (Sindoméstico/BA). The objective is to investigate the construction of her thought, umbilically linked to her trajectory as a black woman, domestic worker since childhood, and her combative posture as spokesperson for the category. The material is put in conversation with theoretical contributions that problematize the expropriation of the capacities of feminine and/or racialized bodies inscribed in the institutional division between economic production and reproduction, precisely the place from where emerge both the contradictions of the capitalist system and the potential sources of transformation, the so-called "frontier struggles".
