Resumo: | The study analyzes Student Assistance in the context of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (EPT), particularized within the scope of Federal Institutes, with the empirical field of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sergipe (IFS). We approached Student Assistance by conceiving it as a policy of access and permanence in the face of socioeconomic inequalities in Brazil. We brought up the marks of LGBT phobia in the school routine of youths that are increasingly hostile and violating existences that subvert heteronormativity. It was characterized as a qualitative and quantitative research, we conducted semi-structured interviews and data collection covering the macro and micro constitutive reality of the object being investigated, using dialectical historical materialism. |

Abordamos acerca da Assistência Estudantil concebendo-a como política de acesso e permanência face às desigualdades socioeconômicas no Brasil. Trouxemos à tona as marcas da LGBTfobia no cotidiano escolar das juventudes cada vez mais hostil e violador das existências que subvertem a heteronormatividade.
