The entrepreneurial idea in the management of the Professional Education Schools of Ceará : reflections on the Socioeducative Entrepreneurial Technology (TESE)

Resumo: | Work and education are activities that accompany the development of the human being as a social being. In contemporary Capitalism the project for Education has been to subscribe it to a tool for the rapid formation of a workforce adapted to the new demands of flexible production. In view of this, the experience of Ceará with the State Schools of Professional Education - EEEP stands out as of 2008, as part of the federal program for the expansion of professional education. In these institutions, the company-school idea resulting from the management model based on the Socio-Educational Business Technology - TESE is put into practice. In EEEP, the discourse about the relationship between work and education is used as a tool to convince and naturalize an individualistic and meritocratic worldview. Therefore, the possibilities of resistance to this conception of education must be built precisely on the relationship between work and education. This article aims to briefly investigate the assumptions of business management put into practice in the EEEP, thus aiming to highlight the limits of the professionalization project. in high school as a mechanism for insertion into the job market and improving the quality of life. This investigation is based on the historical-dialectical method where we assume the object of study as a phenomenon in constant movement, identifying the relations and determinations of the particularities with the totality |

En el capitalismo contemporáneo el proyecto de Educación ha sido suscribirlo a una herramienta para la rápida formación de una fuerza de trabajo adaptada a las nuevas exigencias de la producción flexible. Por lo tanto, la experiencia de Ceará con las Escuelas Estatales de Educación Profesional - EEEP a partir de 2008 se destaca como parte del programa federal para la expansión de la educación profesional. En estas instituciones se pone en práctica la idea empresa-escuela resultante del modelo de gestión basado en la Tecnología Socioeducativa Empresarial - TESE. En EEEP, el discurso sobre la relación entre trabajo y educación se utiliza como herramienta para convencer y naturalizar una cosmovisión individualista y meritocrática. Por tanto, las posibilidades de resistencia a esta concepción de la educación, deben construirse precisamente sobre la relación entre trabajo y educación en el bachillerato como mecanismo de inserción en el mercado laboral y mejora de la calidad de vida. Esta investigación se basa en el método histórico-dialéctico donde asumimos el objeto de estudio como un fenómeno en constante movimiento, identificando las relaciones y determinaciones de las particularidades con la totalidad.Trabalho e educação são atividades que acompanham o desenvolvimento do ser humano enquanto ser social. No Capitalismo contemporâneo o projeto para a Educação tem sido subsumi-la a uma ferramenta de formação rápida de uma força de trabalho adaptada às novas demandas da produção flexível. Diante disso se destaca a experiência cearense com as Escolas Estaduais de Educação Profissional - EEEP a partir do ano de 2008, como parte do programa federal de expansão da educação profissional. Nestas instituições é colocado em prática o ideário de empresa-escola decorrente do modelo de gestão baseado na Tecnologia Empresarial Socioeducativa – TESE. Nas EEEP, o discurso acerca da relação entre trabalho e educação é usado como ferramenta de convencimento e naturalização de uma visão de mundo individualista e meritocrática. Sendo assim, as possibilidades de resistência a essa concepção de educação, devem ser construídas justamente sobre a relação trabalho e educação O presente artigo objetiva investigar brevemente os pressupostos da gestão empresarial colocada em prática nas EEEP, almejando assim, evidenciar os limites do projeto de profissionalização no Ensino Médio enquanto mecanismo de inserção no mercado de trabalho e melhoria da qualidade de vida.
