Inclusive Education and Student Care: : reflections on the experiences of access, permanence and success of the public served by Napne/IFS

Resumo: | The work presented as central categories of approach and analysis Inclusive Education and Student Assistance. In this direction, it sought to reflect on access, permanence and success from the practical experiences of multidisciplinary professional work with students served by the Center for Assistance to People with Specific Needs (Napne) at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Sergipe (IFS), considering the particularity of these experiences on the Aracaju and Lagarto campuses. It was necessary to carry out bibliographical and documental research for the foundation of the theoretical and analytical foundation. Likewise, it was encouraged to discuss and structure the experiences of multidisciplinary professional interventions in direct dialogue with the theoretical premises, in order to present the systematization of the analyzes in the qualitative research that the authors developed in this study. The exercise of thinking, reflecting and evaluating, in a theoretical and analytical way, the experiences of multidisciplinary professional activity in dialogue with student experiences and needs culminated in a systematic of knowledge and practice with mapping and problematization of student demands and actions taken. Challenges faced and possibilities of action were contextualized and emphasized in an attempt to contribute to the debate and the commitments to be made to ensure rights of access, permanence and success, redefining professional and institutional conceptions and practices, as mechanisms that can strengthen combat and prevention dropout, retention and exclusion from school. |

En esta dirección, buscó reflexionar sobre el acceso, permanencia y éxito a partir de las experiencias prácticas de trabajo profesional multidisciplinario con estudiantes atendidos por el Centro de Atención a Personas con Necesidades Específicas (Napne) del Instituto Federal de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología de Sergipe. (IFS), considerando la particularidad de estas experiencias en los campus de Aracaju y Lagarto. Fue necesario realizar una investigación bibliográfica y documental para la fundación del fundamento teórico y analítico. Asimismo, se incentivó a discutir y estructurar las experiencias de intervenciones profesionales multidisciplinares en diálogo directo con las premisas teóricas, con el fin de presentar la sistematización de los análisis en la investigación cualitativa que los autores desarrollaron en este estudio. El ejercicio de pensar, reflexionar y evaluar, de manera teórico-analítica, las experiencias del trabajo profesional multidisciplinario en diálogo con las experiencias y necesidades de los estudiantes culminó en una sistemática de conocimientos y práctica con mapeo y problematización de las demandas y acciones de los estudiantes. Los desafíos enfrentados y las posibilidades de acción se contextualizaron y enfatizaron en un intento de contribuir al debate y los compromisos a asumir para garantizar los derechos de acceso, permanencia y éxito, redefiniendo las concepciones y prácticas profesionales e institucionales, como mecanismos que pueden fortalecer el combate y la prevención, deserción, retención y exclusión de la escuela.O trabalho apresentou como categorias centrais de abordagem e análise a Educação Inclusiva e a Assistência Estudantil. Nessa direção, buscou refletir a respeito do acesso, da permanência e do êxito a partir das experiências práticas da atuação profissional multidisciplinar junto aos estudantes atendidos pelo Núcleo de Atendimento às Pessoas com Necessidades Específicas (NAPNE) no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Sergipe (IFS), considerando a particularidade dessas vivências nos campi Aracaju e Lagarto. Fez-se necessário realizar pesquisa bibliográfica e documental para o alicerce da fundamentação teórica e analítica. De igual modo, discutir e estruturar as experiências das intervenções profissionais multidisciplinares em interlocução direta com as premissas teóricas, a fim de apresentar a sistematização das análises na pesquisa qualitativa que as autoras desenvolveram neste estudo. O exercício de pensar, reflexionar e avaliar, de maneira teórico-analítica, as experiências da atuação profissional multidisciplinar em diálogo com as vivências e as necessidades estudantis, culminou em uma sistemática do conhecimento e da prática com mapeamento e problematização das demandas estudantis e das ações executadas.
