For a feminist epistemology: : Theoretical-methodological notes to strengthen discussions on gender relations in the field of Education

Resumo: When it comes to power, we automatically refer to the hierarchy between oppressors and oppressed, and also between dominators and dominated. Since, in these relationships where there is the involvement of men and women, men generally dominate the main role of oppressor. In this context, this article intends to promote the thematic issues of feminism, Marxism and gender relations in the field of education, highlighting some authors and researchers who contributed to the definition of gender and its consequent implications. In order to break these barriers of stereotypes and differences, in the educational field this factor is identified as a path that allows both teachers and students to acquire new perceptions and experiences about the existing standards in society, seeking to reduce conflicts between men and women; giving more openness to learn from differences. The development of the article was based on a qualitative research of an exploratory nature. However, this division ends up imposing less control over the use of time on women and constitutes a fundamental element in the process of capital accumulation. Thus, analyzes on work and gender cannot be carried out without considering the different types of activities carried out mainly by women, who are often not considered work in their general definition.

Ya que, en estas relaciones donde existe la implicación de hombres y mujeres, generalmente los hombres dominan el papel principal de opresor. En ese contexto, este artículo pretende promover las cuestiones temáticas del feminismo, el marxismo y las relaciones de género en el campo de la educación, destacando algunos autores e investigadores que contribuyeron a la definición de género y sus consecuentes implicaciones. Para romper estas barreras de estereotipos y diferencias, en el ámbito educativo se identifica este factor como un camino que permite tanto a docentes como a estudiantes adquirir nuevas percepciones y experiencias sobre los estándares existentes en la sociedad, buscando disminuir los conflictos entre hombres y Mujeres; dando más apertura para aprender de las diferencias. El desarrollo del artículo se basó en una investigación cualitativa de carácter exploratorio. Sin embargo, esta división acaba imponiendo a las mujeres un menor control sobre el uso del tiempo y constituye un elemento fundamental en el proceso de acumulación de capital. Así, los análisis sobre trabajo y género no pueden realizarse sin considerar los diferentes tipos de actividades realizadas mayoritariamente por mujeres, que muchas veces no son consideradas trabajo en su definición general.Quando se aborda sobre poder, automaticamente nos referimos a hierarquia entre opressores e oprimidas, e também entre dominadores e dominadas. Sendo que, nessas relações onde se tem o envolvimento de homens e mulheres, os homens de forma geral dominam o papel principal de opressor. Neste contexto, este artigo pretende fomentar sobre as questões temáticas de feminismo, marxismo e relações de gênero no âmbito da educação, dando destaque a alguns autores e pesquisadores que contribuíram para a definição de gênero e suas consequentes implicações. Com o intuito de romper essas barreiras de estereótipos e diferenças, no âmbito educacional este fator se identifica como uma trilha que permite tanto a professores como alunos, adquirir novas percepções e experiências sobre os padrões existentes na sociedade, buscando reduzir os conflitos entre homens e mulheres, dando mais abertura de aprender com as diferenças. O desenvolvimento do artigo se deu por uma pesquisa qualitativa de natureza exploratória. Contudo, tal divisão acaba por impor às mulheres menor controle sobre o uso do tempo e constitui-se como elemento fundamental no processo de acumulação de capital.
