LGBTQIA+ TERRITORIALITIES IN A SCHOOL: invisibilities and strategies of resistance from the teaching of Geography

Resumo: This article proposes to discuss the school space as a stage for Geography contents that discuss Gender and Sexuality, emphasizing the spatial practices of LGBTQIA+ students. These, which by many components of the school community, are considered deviant from heteronormative and hegemonic sociocultural standards and have been facing, in recent decades, an erasure by educational policies that clearly position themselves on inclusion and diversity in the context of these discussions. Therefore, we chose the concept of Territory (and its derivatives: territorialities and territories lived) as a direction for the study, as spatial practices become "marginal" experiences, implying the breaking of barriers, generation of conflicts and the construction of territorialities from power relations.

Estos alumnos son considerados por muchos componentes de la comunidad escolar como desviados de los estándares socioculturales heteronormativos y hegemónicos y se han enfrentado en las últimas décadas a un borrado por parte de las políticas educativas que se posicionan claramente en la inclusión y la diversidad dentro de estos debates. Para ello, elegimos el concepto de territorio (y sus derivados: territorialidades y territorios vividos) como orientación para el estudio, ya que las prácticas espaciales se convierten en experiencias "marginales" que implican la ruptura de barreras, la generación de conflictos y la construcción de territorialidades a partir de relaciones de poder.Este artigo propõe discutir o espaço escolar a partir das noções geográficas de território e de territorialidade como expressão de práticas espaciais mobilizadoras da discussão de gênero e de sexualidade, dando ênfase a grupos de estudantes LGBTQIA+. Estes que por muitos componentes da comunidade escolar são considerados desviantes aos padrões socioculturais heteronormativos e hegemônicos e vêm enfrentando nas últimas décadas um apagamento por parte de políticas educacionais que se posicionam claramente sobre a inclusão e diversidade no âmbito dessas discussões.
