A new doing for school/educational psychology:: working on diversity and difference

Resumo: The school space, in spite of its apparent neutrality and impartiality of which it is plastered, it continues to be used as an instrument of normalization and disciplining with strict standards for the gender. But it can also be a privileged space for social transformation due to its potential for deconstructing inequalities. As a result, the themes of gender, sexuality and racial ethnic relations were included in our activities with students. In the weekly online meetings with the 6th grade classes, we develop various themes such as organization of studies, empathy, affection, respect, ethnic-racial issues, gender, sexuality and life project, using technological interaction resources and internet tools. . In 2019, the “Marielle Franco” Reading Club was created with the purpose of making the school a space of respect for differences, through gender on diversity, race, and sexuality. It was to perceive potentialities in the meetings held with 6th grade students, in the readings carried out, critical debates, in the experiences of shared pressure and in the possible partnerships, as well as in the activities of the reading club. Even knowing that education by itself can't promote the creation of an egalitarian social structure, we defend it as resistance to the educational models in which we were built and which are based on a framework of inequality and of the homogenization of inequality.

Sin embargo, también puede ser un espacio privilegiado de transformación social por su potencialidad para deconstrucción de las desigualdades. Como resultado, el tema de género, sexualidad y relaciones étnico-raciales fue incluido en nuestras actividades con estudiantes. En los encuentros semanales, en línea, con las clases de 6º grado de la enseñanza fundamental, desarrollamos diversos temas como organización de estudios, empatía, afectividad, respeto, diversidad, cuestiones étnico-raciales, género, sexualidad y proyecto de vida, utilizando recursos tecnológicos de interacción y herramientas de la internet. En 2019, fue creado el Club de Lectura “Marielle Franco” con el propósito de convertir la escuela en un espacio de respeto a las diferencias, a través de debates sobre la diversidad, raza, género y sexualidades. Fue posible percibir potencialidades en los encuentros realizados con estudiantes de los 6ºs grados, en las lecturas realizadas, debates críticos, en las experiencias de opresión compartidas y en las alianzas establecidas, así como en las actividades del club de lectura. Y aun sabiendo que la educación por sí sola no promoverá los cambios tan necesarios para la creación de una estructura social igualitaria, la defendemos como una resistencia a los modelos educativos en los que fuimos construidos y que se basan en un marco de la desigualdad, de la homogeneización de la diversidad.O espaço escolar, apesar da aparente neutralidade e imparcialidade de que se reveste, segue como instrumento de normalização e disciplinamento com padrões rígidos para os gêneros. Mas também pode ser um espaço privilegiado de transformação social pela sua potencialidade para desconstrução das desigualdades. Em virtude disso, a temática de gênero, sexualidade e relações étnico raciais foi incluída em nossas atividades com estudantes. Nos encontros semanais, online, com as turmas de 6º ano do ensino fundamental, desenvolvemos diversas temáticas como organização de estudos, empatia, afetividade, respeito, diversidade, questões étnico-raciais, gênero, sexualidade e projeto de vida, utilizando recursos tecnológicos de interação e ferramentas da internet. Em 2019, foi criado o Clube de Leitura “Marielle Franco” com a finalidade de tornar a escola um espaço de respeito às diferenças, através de discussões sobre a diversidade, raça, gênero e sexualidades. Foi possível perceber potencialidades nos encontros realizados com estudantes dos 6ºs anos, nas leituras realizadas, debates críticos, nas experiências de opressão compartilhadas e nas parcerias estabelecidas, bem como nas atividades do clube de leitura.
