Institutional affectivity: reflections on the contributions of psychology on the management of the affective in the working organizations

Resumo: The article reflects on the relationship between the role of psychology in the field of work and production of subjects, with the contribution that the institutional affectivity could offer affection to understand the work, the processes that organize and, therefore, a practical guide ethical-political the organization. Illustrating his remarks from the analysis of the historical process of psychology organizations in the framework of the “faces of the Psychology of Work. Suggests that the contribution of psychology to the production of subjects is to promote the understanding of the complexity of daily work and concludes with the reflection that the role of psychology is revealed not just as technology development, evaluation, control, as in much of its history, but as facilitating the construction of spaces for social interaction to provide a dialogue-existence between the different actors involved in the work activity. This process was called of management of the affective.

This process was called of management of the affective.O artigo tece considerações sobre o modelo de referência da afetividade institucional e analisa a relação entre a problemática dos trabalhadores e a atuação dos psicólogos do trabalho, com o objetivo de refletir sobre a contribuição desse modelo para orientar um posicionamento ético-político desses profissionais frente às atividades que desenvolvem. Ilustra suas observações mediante uma análise das práticas dos psicólogos do trabalho no marco das “faces da Psicologia do Trabalho”. Associa as possibilidades de solução para os problemas dos trabalhadores a atuação dos psicólogos do trabalho no campo da saúde do trabalhador. Sugere que o psicólogo do trabalho poderá edificar sua atuação, contribuindo na facilitação da construção e implementação de um modelo de gestão do afetivo, que se refere a um processo flexível de apropriação pela organização de conceitos, metodologias e recursos experimentais de mudanças, que permitam a promoção da saúde e a prevenção do adoecimento no trabalho.
