The purpose of this theoretical interaction is what is now called Co-Created Medical Decision Making (TDMC), which will provide an understanding of which stakeholders, and which patients' preferences and activities influence decision making. As for advancing shared medical decision-making, TDMC proposes engaging new stakeholders such as other healthcare providers, patient friends, and other patients with the same illness, with a focus on creating patient value through co-creation. . TDMC also proposes patient engagement in pleasurable activity practices. The expected impact of developing the theory of CMDT is greater engagement of patients with various diseases in their own treatments, as well as the engagement of other stakeholders, as well as encouraging the practice of pleasurable patient activities. And, as a result, provide health and well-being to a significant portion of society.
