Resumo: Co-Created Decision Making (CDM) is a new theory, resulting from the theoretical integration of Value Co-Creation and Stakeholder Theory with Shared Decision-Making. It studies the patient's relationships with their stakeholders, not restricted to clinical spaces, and the influence of these relationships on decision-making in health care throughout life. The objective of this study was to propose an analysis model for decision-making in a co-created way between a patient and their stakeholders. To this end, a narrative review of the literature was carried out, where a theoretical conceptual structure was defined, deepening the concepts and assumptions of CDM. Then, through an inductive, qualitative and quantitative content analysis, two context categories, five analysis categories and thirty recording units were outlined, and an analysis model for the CDM was proposed, also based on three antecedent models of analysis of stakeholders and therapeutic itineraries. The proposed model is distributed in four phases, with a procedural perspective of the analysis of the patient's relationships with their stakeholders. It is expected that this model can support analysis of the relationships between patients and their stakeholders in relationships that permeate clinical offices and extend to all environments with a focus on co-creation of decisions about diagnosis and treatment that best reflect health conditions, as well as being and specific priorities for each patient.

SciELO PreprintsSciELO PreprintsSciELO Preprints2023-03-29info:eu-repo/semantics/preprintinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/preprint/view/578610.1590/SciELOPreprints.5786porhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/article/view/5786/11239Copyright (c) 2023 Jason Amorim, Andréa Venturahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAmorim, JasonVentura, Andréareponame:SciELO Preprintsinstname:Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO)instacron:SCI2023-03-27T01:03:39Zoai:ops.preprints.scielo.org:preprint/5786Servidor de preprintshttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scieloONGhttps://preprints.scielo.org/index.php/scielo/oaiscielo.submission@scielo.orgopendoar:2023-03-27T01:03:39SciELO Preprints - Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO)false
