Projetos temáticos no ensino fundamental: Reflexões acerca da formação dos professores

Resumo: The present work aims to reflect on the training of teachers working in Education Project, since this type of activity contributes to student participation in the process of knowledge construction, in addition to promoting interdisciplinarity, to integrate content in various areas of knowledge. Interest in the subject arose from the search to understand especially if there is a relationship in the way the teacher works with the projects with the training he had, whether it was studied at undergraduate level. To develop the initial work was a literature search, and then a case study conducted in a municipal school in Maracanaú – CE. We tried to find the understanding of Fazenda (2003) about interdisciplinarity in order to understand what the meaning of their applicability in school. Hernandez (1998) propose work projects as a change in school for education. Moraes (2005) has developed thematic projects with their students for the degrees they have an idea of how the methodology since graduation. In the case study interviews were conducted with teachers and observation of a project that involved the whole school. It was found that the teacher does not happen to have studied about the Pedagogy Project, knowing the methodology of practice in school and that their knowledge is given from the practice. Students have greater participation in training activities and the best teacher is one of suggestions for practice in education. One of the difficulties which it was mentioned is the distribution of time. It was found that there is resistance from teachers in using the methodology and work together with other teachers. It is understandable therefore that this type of activity requires intense joint work of teachers, so that the thematic project achieve its purpose, contributing to significant learning and student participation in the teaching process. In addition to teacher training, the curriculum must also be applied to give vent to project development.

In addition to teacher training, the curriculum must also be applied to give vent to project development.O presente trabalho busca refletir acerca da formação dos professores que atuam na Pedagogia de Projetos, visto que este tipo de atividade contribui para a participação do estudante no processo de construção do conhecimento, além de favorecer a interdisciplinaridade, por integrar o conteúdo nas várias áreas do conhecimento. O interesse pelo tema surgiu a partir da busca de compreender principalmente se há uma relação da forma que o professor trabalha com os projetos com a formação que ele teve, se isso foi estudado na graduação. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho inicialmente houve uma pesquisa bibliográfica, e depois um estudo de caso, realizado em uma escola municipal de Maracanaú-Ce. Buscou-se pesquisar o entendimento de Fazenda (2003) acerca da Interdisciplinaridade, a fim de compreender qual o sentido da sua aplicabilidade na escola. Hernandez (1998) propõe os projetos de trabalho na escola como uma mudança para a educação. Moraes (2005) vem desenvolvendo projetos temáticos com seus alunos das licenciaturas para que eles tenham uma idéia de como funciona a metodologia desde a graduação. No estudo de caso foram feitas entrevistas com professoras e observação de um projeto que envolveu toda a escola. Foi verificado que acontece de o professor não ter estudado acerca da Pedagogia de Projetos, conhecendo a metodologia através da prática na escola e que seu conhecimento se dá a partir da prática. Os alunos têm uma maior participação nas atividades e a melhor capacitação do professor é uma das sugestões para a prática na educação. Uma das dificuldades encontradas que foi citada é a distribuição do tempo. Verificou-se que há resistência dos professores em utilizar a metodologia e em trabalhar em conjunto com os demais professores. Compreende-se, portanto, que este tipo de atividade requer intenso trabalho conjunto dos professores, para que o projeto temático alcance a sua finalidade, contribuindo para a aprendizagem significativa e participação dos estudantes no processo de ensino.
