Impacto do designer digital em micro e pequenas empresas: um estudo de caso no sertão central

Resumo: This work aims to investigate the activity of the Digital Designer in the Digital Marketing strategies of 03 (three) Micro and Small Businesses in Sertão Central, in the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The micro and small businesses have a great importance to Brazil, representing around 30% of the gross domestic product of the national economy. In the city of Quixadá, in the state of Ceara's hinterland, the commerce sector is predominant, with 2,272 micro small businesses. A huge shift in the country reality happened with the COVID-19 pandemic, which changed the way every sector in the whole world works, this impacted the economy of every region and compromised enormously the working of the micro and small businesses that had their activities temporarily interrupted. Because of this context, Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service recommend the entrepreneurs to use the concept of Digital Marketing, that according to Torres (2010), helps to lead the consumers to know the business and to take the decision to buy by trusting the enterprise. In the intention of accomplishing, in an effective way, the marketing's actions are interesting that the micro and small businesses have a professional fit to the development of this service, one of the possible professionals able to work in this environment is the Digital Designer. To develop this work, a case study was made with three selected businesses, in which this work's author provided services. The research happened through a half structured interview with a qualitative aspect, the results shows the importance that the Digital Design professional can have within the businesses.

As micro e pequenas empresas têm grande importância para o Brasil, representando cerca de 30% do produto interno bruto da economia nacional. Na cidade de Quixadá, no sertão central do Ceará, o setor do comércio é predominante, com 2.272 micro e pequenas empresas. Uma grande mudança da realidade do país ocorreu com a pandemia da COVID-19, que alterou o funcionamento de todos os setores do mundo inteiro, impactando na economia de cada região e comprometendo enormemente o funcionamento das micro e pequenas empresas, que tiveram suas atividades presenciais temporariamente interrompidas. Por conta desse contexto, o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas recomenda aos empreendedores aderir o conceito de Marketing Digital, que segundo Torres (2010), ajuda a conduzir os consumidores a conhecerem o negócio e a tomarem a decisão de compra por confiar no empreendimento. Na intenção de realizar, de forma efetiva, as ações de marketing é interessante que as micro e pequenas empresas disponham de um profissional apto para o desenvolvimento desse serviço, um dos possíveis profissionais capacitados para atuar nesse meio é o Designer Digital. Para desenvolver este trabalho, foi realizado um estudo de caso em três empresas selecionadas, nas quais o autor do presente estudo prestou serviços .
