Resumo: Demonstrates the importance of studying alternatives ways to resolve conflicts of Domestic and Family Violence against Woman. Mentions the evolution of woman status in the society, since prehistory until contemporaneity, standing out the importance of feminism movement and labeling the fight for equality of rights and recognition of the human rights of women. Indicates what were the measures of combat to domestic and family violence against woman taken by Brazilian government. Comments the innovations and retrocession of the domestic and family violence against woman law. Drew a parallel between the laws 9.099/95 and 11.340/06. Explicates the values and theoretical basis of system of Restorative Justice. Exposes the viability and the advantages to uses Restorative Justice in the cases of Domestic and Family Violence against Woman.
