The environment of work is where you develop the exercise of working activity, and the preservation of the environment is essential for the protection of life and moral and physical integrity of individuals who work in it. It occurs that the continued growth of competition between companies because of the globalization process, has been reflected in a negative way in this environment, by broadening the practice of mobbing, which is a violence to the rights of the worker's personality and, consequently, their dignity that is supported by the Federal Constitution. For the destructive power that has, and the absence of specific legislation that discipline, what is meant is necessary to approach this issue, giving relief, among other things, civil liability through this unfair.
