Resumo: | This study aims to evaluate whether the entrepreneurial learning methodology can contribute to improve intervention practices in business consulting. And if so, in what way. For this, the model of Politis (2005 apud SILVA, 2013) was studied and in the light of this model, the practices of an entrepreneur were analyzed through a case study. Based on this analysis, we studied an intervention model that uses an appropriate approach to the peculiarities of motivation, thinking and action of the entrepreneurs, in the consulting of small and medium enterprises. This study was elaborated, for recognizing the importance of the approach in the interventions, for the success of the consulting service. For this, we discussed the performance of consulting firms in the market, and their relationship with learning in the corporate environment; The subject of entrepreneurship; And the entrepreneurship learning methodology, especially the Politis model (2005 apud SILVA, 2013). The method adopted includes applied, exploratory research, consisting of collection of bibliographic data and case study in the context of the phenomenological method. For this, he was chosen entrepreneur with a recognized entrepreneurial profile, based on the profile surveyed in this study, and a semistructured questionnaire was applied with 12 questions, followed by another with 9 additional questions. Then, a study of approach to intervention in the consultancy was structured, inspired by the four components of the Politis model (2005 apud SILVA, 2013). The research results confirm the influence of entrepreneurial career experiences in exploring new possibilities, and in the process of transforming experience into entrepreneurial knowledge. In addition, these results confirm that the approach that considers the uniqueness of the entrepreneurial profile offers a differential to the practices of approach in the organization consultancy. The intervention model elaborated from the present study may be useful to assist the consultants, allowing more appropriate approaches to the profile of each client. With this, they are expected to obtain more engagement and a higher learning rate of clients and their employees, substantially increasing the chances of success of the projects. |

E, caso positivo, de que forma. Para isso, estudou-se o modelo de Politis (2005 apud SILVA, 2013) e à luz desse modelo, analisaram-se as práticas de um empresário, através de estudo de caso. Com base nessa análise, estudou-se um modelo de intervenção que utiliza abordagem adequada às peculiaridades de motivação, de pensamento e de ação dos empreendedores, na consultoria de pequenas e médias empresas. Referido estudo foi elaborado, por reconhecer a importância da abordagem nas intervenções, para o êxito do serviço de consultoria. Para isso, discorreu-se acerca da atuação das empresas de consultoria no mercado, e sua relação com a aprendizagem no ambiente corporativo; abordou-se o tema empreendedorismo; e a metodologia aprendizagem empreendedora, em especial o modelo de Politis (2005 apud SILVA, 2013). O método adotado compreende pesquisa aplicada, exploratória, constituída de coleta de dados bibliográficos e de estudo de caso no contexto do método fenomenológico. Para isso, elegeu-se empresário de reconhecido perfil empreendedor, com base no perfil levantado nesse estudo, e procedeu-se a aplicação de questionário semiestruturado com 12 perguntas, seguido de outro com 09 perguntas adicionais. Em seguida, estruturou-se um estudo de abordagem para intervenção na consultoria, inspirado nos quatro componentes do modelo de Politis (2005 apud SILVA, 2013). Os resultados da pesquisa confirmam a influência das experiências de carreira empreendedora na exploração de novas possibilidades, e no processo de transformação de experiência em conhecimento empreendedor. Além disso, esses resultados ratificam que a abordagem que considera a singularidade do perfil empreendedor oferece um diferencial às práticas de abordagem na consultoria de organização. O modelo de intervenção elaborado a partir do presente estudo poderá ser útil para auxiliar os consultores, possibilitando abordagens mais adequadas ao perfil de cada cliente.
