Resumo: | Based on three essential questions about the meaning, mode of operation and reasons of evaluation, we establish a dialogue between author and work or between agent and trajectory, in the health evaluation subspace, in the field of Public Health . Based on some of our own texts and also on others that we consider pertinent, we outline reflections in the form of an essay, therefore with pretensions to a certain formal freedom, speaking as faithfully as possible to what was raised by the questions, of an intimate nature. The result is the exposure of knowledge that resisted time and the anxieties of the “new” precisely because they made sense and were incorporated through experience - the latter in the sense that we will detail in the text. An assessment that aims to promote changes, resisting their instrumentalization by management, that favors understanding within the evaluated entities and develops a framework consistent with our political and institutional traditions seems to be outlined in this set of pages. |

Com base em alguns textos próprios e também noutros que julgamos pertinentes, traçamos reflexão sob a forma de ensaio, portanto com pretensões a certa liberdade formal e de conteúdo, discorrendo o mais fielmente possível ao que nos foi suscitado pelas perguntas, de caráter intimista. O resultado é a exposição de saberes que resistiram ao tempo e às ansiedades do “novo” justamente porque fizeram sentido e foram incorporados pela via da experiência – esta última no sentido que detalharemos no texto. Uma avaliação que objetive promover mudanças, resistindo à sua instrumentalização pela gestão, que privilegie a compreensão por dentro dos entes avaliados e desenvolva arcabouço coerente com nossas tradições políticas e institucionais parece se delinear nesse conjunto de páginas.Con base en tres preguntas esenciales sobre el significado, el modo de operación y lo que incorporamos en el curso de nuestra inserción en el área de evaluación, buscamos establecer un diálogo entre el autor y el trabajo o entre el agente y la trayectoria en el subespacio de evaluación de la salud, en especial en el campo de la Salud Pública. Basados en nuestros propios textos y también en otros considerados pertinentes, sintetizamos la reflexión en forma de ensayo, con pretensiones de tener una cierta libertad formal y de contenido, hablando lo más fiel posible sobre como han surgidos nuestras las preguntas em ese campo, de carácter personal. El resultado es la exposición del conocimiento que há resistido al tiempo y a las ansiedades del "nuevo", precisamente porque adquirindo sentido y se se há incorporado a través de la experiencia, en el concepto que detallaremos en ese texto. Así, se trata de una evaluación que apunta a estimular a los cambios y que ha resistido a su instrumentalización hecha por parte de la administración, que favorece a la comprensión desde las entidades evaluadas y se desarrollado desde un marco consistente desde nuestras tradiciones políticas e institucionales; esso es lo que parece resumir en este conjunto de páginas.À partir de trois questions essentielles sur le sens, le mode de fonctionnement et ce que nous intégrons au cours de notre insertion dans le sujet, nous cherchons à établir un dialogue entre l'auteur et l'œuvre ou entre l'agent et la trajectoire, dans le sousespace de l'évaluation de la santé, dans le domaine de la santé publique. À partir de certains de nos propres textes et aussi d'autres que nous jugeons pertinents, nous ferons des réflexions sous la forme d'essai, avec certaine liberté formelle et de contenu, parlant le plus fidèlement possible à ce qui a été soulevé par les questions, de nature subjectif. Le résultat est l'exposition des connaissances qui ont résisté au temps et aux angoisses du «nouveau» précisément parce qu'elles avaient un sens et ont été incorporées par l'expérience - cette dernière au sens que nous détaillerons dans le texte.
