Resumo: | This article discusses the worsening of the vulnerability of workers inserted into the economy of digital platforms during the pandemic. It is investigated the impacts of the pandemic on the fundamental rights of these workers, discussing the challenges of law in the face of the virtual-ization of labor relations, based on the concepts of vulnerability and social disaffiliation found in Robert Castel. It starts from a critical view of law, using a transdisciplinary approach, through a deductive methodology of qualitative nature, from a bibliographic review of foreign and do-mestic literature. It concludesthat the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that work in the 21st century faces a structural challenge, due to the intensification of the precariat, placing the mis-sion of union organizations to reorganize their mechanisms of action. |
