Resumo: The pesent study had the ain of evaluate the politics of indigenous scholastic education in the delimitation of its process of implementation at Tapeba territory, in Caucaia/ Ce. It had as purpose of evaluation to be a reaserch of qualitative character, by making use as method the evaluation in profundity. The stabilished aims were, at first, to know the description of implementation of the politics in the state of CearÃ, specifically at Tapeba territory, of ethnogeny of indigenous peoples of the state and region. After that, the aim was to comprehend the relations hip stabilished between state and indigenous population in the camp of political disputes about the affirmation of the ethnical identity and the conquering of territory. The research was made in four stages: in a first moment it consisted in the definition of categories about which the directresses and the execution of politics in the local context â identity and territoriality â would be analised; after that were analised documents which found legally the existence of the politics in a national and local context, in the case of the state of CearÃ; after that came the stage of the camp reaserch properly said, by utilizing the participant observation and interviews in profundity utilized as instrumental cases. Finally the analysis of the different comprehensions between state and Tapeba leaderships about the indigenous differentiated education. The results of the researche point to the necessity of rethink the conduction of the process of implementation, as muc in local context as in national ambit, by ensuring the respect to the principle of equity, that propose to solve or minimize the problems of social exclusion.

Os objetivos estabelecidos foram primeiramente conhecer o histÃrico de implementaÃÃo da polÃtica no estado do CearÃ, e em especÃfico no territÃrio Tapeba, levando em consideraÃÃo o contexto de etnogÃnese dos povos indÃgenas do estado e regiÃo. Em seguida, compreender a relaÃÃo que se estabelece entre Estado e populaÃÃo indÃgena, no campo das disputas polÃticas em torno da afirmaÃÃo da identidade Ãtnica e conquista de territÃrio. A pesquisa realizou-se em algumas etapas: num primeiro momento consistiu na definiÃÃo de categorias, a luz das quais iriam ser analisados as diretrizes e execuÃÃo da polÃtica no contexto local â Identidade e Territorialidade; em seguida foram analisados documentos que fundamentam legalmente a existÃncia da polÃtica num contexto nacional e local, no caso, do Estado do CearÃ; depois veio a etapa da pesquisa de campo propriamente dita, com a utilizaÃÃo da observaÃÃo participante e entrevistas em profundidade utilizados como instrumentais. Por fim, a anÃlise das diferentes compreensÃes entre Estado e lideranÃas Tapeba, a respeito da educaÃÃo diferenciada indÃgena. O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a polÃtica de EducaÃÃo Escolar IndÃgena no recorte de seu processo de implementaÃÃo no territÃrio Tapeba, em Caucaia/Ce. Teve como propÃsito de avaliaÃÃo, ser uma pesquisa de carÃter qualitativo, utilizando como mÃtodo a avaliaÃÃo em profundidade.
