Resumo: | The Lean Manufacturing philosophy has been practiced in organizations with the aim of optimizing processes and reducing waste, increasing their performance and competitiveness against the competition. The philosophy has tools to be implemented in the organization, one of which is the Value Stream Mapping (MFV). In this way, the present study aims to map the value stream of the inspection process of a company in the automotive sector through the case study, identifying possible waste and proposing improvements. The experimental research carried out has a qualitative-quantitative approach, generating results that reaffirm the aim of the research. The methodological application of the MFV tool resulted in the elaboration of the mapping of the current state and later of the future state, after analyzes and improvements raised as reduction of rework, increase of operational load, elimination of stock and bottlenecks, which generate a high waste. The tool enabled the reduction of 87.68% in the lead time of the process, elimination of costs of 1 labor and the increase of 20.12% in the added value of the operation. The study carried out allowed expanding horizons of implementation of continuous lean production in existing gaps in the different sectors and scenarios of the company |

A filosofia detém ferramentas a serem implementadas na organização, sendo uma delas o Mapeamento do Fluxo de Valor (MFV). Dessa maneira, o presente estudo tem como propósito mapear o fluxo de valor do processo de inspeção de uma empresa do setor automobilístico através do estudo de caso, identificando possíveis desperdícios e propondo melhorias. A pesquisa experimental realizada é de abordagem qualitativa-quantitativa, gerando resultados que reafirmam o alvo da pesquisa. A aplicação metodológica da ferramenta MFV resultou na elaboração do mapeamento do estado atual e posteriormente do estado futuro, após análises e melhorias levantadas como redução de retrabalho, aumento de carga operacional, eliminação de estoque e de gargalos, que geram um alto desperdício. A ferramenta possibilitou ganhos como a redução de 87,68% do lead time do processo, eliminação de custos de 1 mão de obra e o aumento de 20,12% no valor agregado da operação. O estudo realizado permitiu ampliar horizontes de implementação da produção enxuta contínua em lacunas existentes nos diversos setores e cenários da empresa.La filosofía Lean Manufacturing se ha practicado en las organizaciones con el objetivo de optimizar los procesos y reducir los desperdicios, aumentando su desempeño y competitividad frente la competencia. Esta cuenta con herramientas para ser implementadas en la organización, una de las cuales es el Value Stream Mapping (MFV). De esta forma, el presente estudio pretende mapear el flujo de valor del proceso de inspección de una empresa del sector automotor através del estúdio de caso, identificando posibles desperdicios y proponiendo mejoras. La investigación experimental realizada tiene enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, generando resultados que reafirman el objetivo de la investigación. La aplicación metodológica de la herramienta MFV dio como resultado la elaboración del mapeo del estado actual y posteriormente del estado futuro, luego de análisis y mejoras planteadas como reducción de retrabajos, aumento de carga operativa, eliminación de stock y cuellos, que generan un alto desperdiciar. La herramienta admitió la reducción del 87,68% en el lead time, eliminación de costos de 1 mano de obra y el aumento del 20,12% en el valor agregado de la operación.
