Resumo: The aim of this work is to analyze the adm subject’s constitution and education. The materials and analysis were organized around three axes: subjectivities, powers and knowledges. The selected materials, the development of the analysis and the text in addition to the concepts about the education in Management course were based on Michel Foucault’s studies about codes that control the ways of conducting oneself and about production of truths as justifications. The axes are theoretical-empirical productions, since in these axes are the analysis of interviews and the theories, as well as the analysis of education in this course that have occurred from documents, legislation and historical elements. The interviews with teachers from Management course, senior students and managers recently graduated were the analysis shootings. The intention was not to produce a new truth about education in this course, but to map the conditions for the emergence of adm subjects and his education. Among the mapped conditions are: the ways how we are ruled, that is, the model of conduct guided by entrepreneurial ways of action, the professionalization, the systematization of education and the constitution of knowledge field. In brief, this research has faced education process, through college study, which can lead to reproduction of main methods and to production of ruptures with such methods.

Les matériaux et l’analyse ont été organisés autour de trois axes: l’axe des subjectivités, l’axe des pouvoirs et l’axe des savoirs. La sélection des matériaux, la façon dont l’analyse et le texte ont été construits, ainsi que les concepts utilisés pour penser la formation en administration, ont été rendu possibles par les études de Michel Foucault sur les codes régissant les modes de conduite et sur la production des vérités qui servent de justification à ceux-ci. Les axes sont des productions théorico-empiriques, car ils contiennent les analyses des entretiens et les théories, en plus des analyses de la formation en administration qui se sont basées sur des documents, sur la législation et sur des éléments historiques. Les entretiens, réalisés auprès des professeurs qui enseignent dans la filière de gestion et des étudiants suivant cette formation ou récemment diplômés, ont servi comme des déclencheurs des analyses. On n’a pas prétendu produire une nouvelle vérité sur la formation en administration; on a plutôt voulu repérer les conditions d’émergence des sujets adm et de sa formation. Parmi les conditions ainsi repérées, se trouvent les façons dont nous sommes gouvernés, c’est-à-dire les modèles de conduite orientés par les modes d’action entrepreneuriaux, la professionnalisation, la systématisation de l’enseignement et la constitution d’un champ du savoir. En somme, la recherche a constaté que le processus de formation, dans l'enseignement supérieur, peut mener soit à la reproduction des formes hégémoniques, soit à la production de ruptures avec de telles formes.O estudo analisa a constituição e a formação dos sujeitos adm. Os materiais e a análise foram organizados em torno de três eixos: eixo das subjetividades, eixo dos poderes e eixo dos saberes. A seleção dos materiais, o modo de construir a análise e o texto, assim como os conceitos usados para pensar a formação em administração, foram possíveis a partir dos estudos de Michel Foucault sobre os códigos que regulam modos de se conduzir e sobre a produção de verdades que servem como justificativa. Os eixos são produções teórico-empíricas, pois neles estão as análises das entrevistas e as teorias, além das análises da formação em administração que ocorriam a partir de documentos, legislação e elementos históricos. As entrevistas, realizadas com professores que lecionam no curso de administração, alunos em vias de formação e administradores recém-egressos, serviram como disparadores das análises. Não se pretendeu produzir uma nova verdade sobre a formação em administração, mas, sim, mapear as condições de emergência dos sujeitos adm e de sua formação. Dentre as condições mapeadas estão os modos pelos quais somos governados, ou seja, os modelos de conduta que estão pautados nos modos de ação empresariais, a profissionalização, a sistematização do ensino e a constituição de um campo de conhecimento.
