Resumo: The present work discusses the social interactions mediated by WhatsApp during the development of the Business Games discipline offered for the Lato Sensu course in Financial Management of a private institution located in the city of Viçosa-MG. The interactions carried out on this platform enriched the activities implemented within the scope of the discipline, giving rise to effective discussions about the contents covered and exploring the attitudes and values ??of the subjects immersed in the groups. All interactions were supervised by the professor who conducted the course and the students' comments constituted the corpus to be analyzed in this work in order to discuss the importance of WhatsApp as a didactic tool with the potential to catalyze learning. The delimited corpus was subjected to a descriptive qualitative analysis that seeks to highlight the contributions of students within the aforementioned platform and to evaluate their developments in the construction of knowledge. Based on the data, WhatsApp proved to be an important educational resource that can be used repeatedly to help teachers in search of even more collaborative and interactive classes.

As interações realizadas nesta plataforma enriqueceram as atividades implementadas no âmbito da disciplina suscitando discussões efetivas sobre os conteúdos abordados e explorando atitudes e valores dos sujeitos imersos nos grupos. Todas as interações foram supervisionadas pelo professor regente da disciplina e as manifestações dos estudantes constituíram o corpus a ser analisado neste trabalho com o intuito de discutir a importância do WhatsApp como ferramenta didática com potencial de propiciar a aprendizagem. O corpus delimitado foi submetido a uma análise qualitativa descritiva que busca evidenciar as contribuições dos estudantes dentro da plataforma supracitada e avaliar seus desdobramentos na construção do conhecimento.
