Resumo: | The current cultural change process and the ongoing global transformation increases several demands in a certain level of proficiency required from organizations, much more present by companies. Relationship between business partners and requirements regarding the form more integrated and have been made necessary more balance evolved natural resources have also evolved to a higher level of consciousness and it does that in the sense of development and its stakeholders relationship. The knowledge management imposes more level of transparence, ethical condition and administrative changing. And everything reflects in organizational culture and his internal and external elements that needs more balanced information and culture, reflecting reputation, liability and mainly conceptions about relationship of corporate management, emphasizing circumstances in general condition to administrate companies through competitive conditions and behavior attitude, involving the stakeholders. |

E esta mudança comportamental se faz necessária diante das transformações globais afetando os sistemas de produção, os recursos naturais e no que tange ao organizacional. Mas, também o processo das relações humanas e suas interdependências. Assim, como objetivo principal dessa análise é que a gestão do conhecimento é fundamental no âmbito da cultura organizacional e também um elemento-chave na integração dos diversos processos que levam à sustentabilidade das organizações. A gestão do conhecimento fomenta, estimula e cria a base necessária para que as empresas tenham componentes internos e externos sendo tratado ao longo do processo gestão empresarial de forma que seja absorvido em sua cultura organizacional. Assim, diante do processo de recursos informativos de modo mais equânime, afeta não só as suas relações de reputação, credibilidade, mas invariavelmente sua relação com as partes interessadas e os diversos públicos de relacionamento.
