Repertory memory and its interrelationships with knowledge management in organizational environments

Objective: The repertoire memory, an intrinsic element of organizational memory, is based on different cognitions, collective acts and social relationships, in this context, the research analyzed the role of repertoire memory in the process of knowledge management in organizational environments. Methods: The research has a basic nature, qualitative approach, is typologically exploratory and descriptive, with bibliographic design and used the Systemic Literature Review protocol in national journals in the Communication and Information area of ??concentration classified in Qualis Capes A1 and A2 - Science area 2013 - 2016 and in the Reference Database of Journal Articles in Information Science between the years 2011 to 2021. For the analysis, the Content Analysis method was used, specifically the Category Analysis technique and the categories defined a priori, based on the concept of Memory Repertoire are: organizational subject, organizational culture and learning, use/reuse and innovation and planning and flows Results: The research contributes and expands the theoretical framework of the scientific field of Information Science, more specifically with regard to the interrelationships of Knowledge Management with Memory Repertory composed of prior knowledge and know-how for the constitution of memory in organizational environments, linked to issues of efficiency and effectiveness. Conclusions: The Memory Repertoire and Knowledge Management increase the competitiveness of organizations and new reflections on the interrelationships evidenced in this research are necessary, aiming at continuous learning and the consolidation of the concept of memory repertoire in the scope of Information Science.
