Resumo: This work discusses the representation of the rogues in different movements of national cinema, in order to inquire about the relationship of this representation with the marginalization and resistance of characters with black bodies. We use the contributions of Michel de Certeau (2007) and Giorgio Agamben (1993) about being any person, in order to identify the situations that compel the rascal's ways of life, such as survival in social spaces. With the identification of this social type in films from different periods, and elements of the trickster in ordinary life and as a symptom of the community that comes, we analyzed Madame Satã (2002) as an update of the character in contemporary Brazil.

Como base, utilizamos los aportes de Michel de Certeau (2007) y Giorgio Agamben (1993) sobre ser cualquier persona, para identificar las situaciones que obligan a los modos de vida del sinvergüenza, como la supervivencia en los espacios sociales. Con la identificación de este tipo social en películas de diferentes épocas, y elementos del pícaro en la vida cotidiana y como síntoma de la comunidad que viene, analizamos Madame Satã (2002) como una actualización del personaje en el Brasil contemporáneo.Neste trabalho se discute a representação do malandro em diferentes movimentos do cinema nacional, a fim de indagar sobre a relação dessa representação com a marginalização e a resistência de personagens com corpos negros. Utilizamos as contribuições de Michel de Certeau (2007) e de Giorgio Agamben (1993) acerca do ser qualquer, de modo a identificar as situações que compelem às formas de vida do malandro, como sobrevivência nos espaços sociais.
