Resumo: The article analyzes the performance of the business community in the New High School. In the process of bourgeois recomposition, we understand that the business community has acted in the sense of directing educational policies and the State, such as the Todos Pela Educação movement. We used a documental research, based on historical and dialectical materialism to point out that the performance of private capital has been in the sense of conforming the working class to the demands of a flexible and pragmatic market. En el proceso de recomposición burguesa, entendemos que el empresariado ha actuado en el sentido de dirigir las políticas educativas y del Estado, como el movimiento Todos Pela Educação. Utilizamos una investigación documental, basada en el materialismo histórico y dialéctico para señalar que la actuación del capital privado ha sido en el sentido de adecuar la clase trabajadora a las exigencias de un mercado flexible y pragmático. Palabra clave: Nueva Escuela Secundaria; Emprendimiento; Reforma educativa; Todo por la Educación.O artigo analisa a atuação do empresariado no Novo Ensino Médio. No processo de recomposição burguesa, compreendemos que o empresariado tem atuado no sentido de direcionar as políticas educacionais e o Estado, como por exemplo, o movimento Todos Pela Educação. Utilizamos uma pesquisa de cunho documental, calcada no materialismo histórico-dialético para apontar que a atuação do capital privado tem sido no sentido de conformar a classe trabalhadora para as demandas de um mercado flexível e pragmático.
