In this work, is intended to analyze, from the perspective of knowledge management, structures of social networks of informal relationships among information professionals (librarians, archivists and technicians) in a large company, where professionals are distributed by various departments and must work within the same basic set of guidelines, often determined by the same group of professionals. We analyzed the responses of 47 individuals resulting in a mapping which contains 132 people. The questions addressed the relations of friendship, work and professional acknowledgement among peers. The mapping of each question is presented by three complete graphs and three graphs only with the first response, in importance order. To support research and analysis, was conducted bibliographical research on knowledge management from conceptualization of knowledge, through knowledge management itself and then were presented theories about networks and network analysis. The results showed how the relationships of living, working and professional recognition are configured in this company: networks are quite connected and groups interact extensively between management and independent of the work experience in the company, although in all questions are evident the existence of hubs, the professionals who occupy these positions vary according to the question, but some remain in the central positions, regardless of the question in focus.
