Diário de um pesquisador : jovens pobres em devir na (in)visibilidade da formação profissional

Resumo: The present work discusses a report on poor youngsters registered in a vocational training experience at Army Communication School (EsCom) and on the Project Rio Criança Cidadã (PRCC) Child Citizenship in charge of this training. We felt that we could produce a new way of knowing, of doing research, in which a sensitive approach would enable us to think together with youngsters, intertwined by so many stories, by flows, by life in its diversity. A way of doing research that would produce meanings in possible itineraries of experimentation, in which various interlocutors and their potent ideas were fundamental for us to think about labour time, particularly vocational training; and for us to produce multiple meanings with youngsters in connection with their insertion in a vocational experience, evidencing the diversity of these youngsters. This thesis describes our inventions, creations, attempts to produce dialogues with youngsters in which another manner of producing knowledge would also enable us to speak about our implication as researchers. The field book, one of Institutional Analysis tools, by registering the dense daily life of youngsters, enabled us to record the memory of so many lives, not only ours, of educators and those in charge of the project. To perform a research implied with other manner of knowing was the expression of ruptures, intensities, decentring, about the knowing and making of psychology and education, and which constituted us as the research was carried out. The production of knowledge occurred when we attempted to deconstruct knowledges and practices which youngsters experimented in the project, aimed to potentialize multiple meanings on the basis of dialogue, experience and the potent meeetings with them. From the perspective of those submitted to intervention, the feeling of belonging ( filiação ) for youngsters meant a transitory passage until they found a job in the formal labour market or even a military career. Some accurately described the ideal profile of a military (soldier): to have good education and behaviour and a qualification. Certainly we carried out a work in which a mode of experimenting, from different angles, during the course of the research, led us to ever new paths, of an extremely diverse and multiple life in view of the EsCom, which, owing to its rigid discipline, meant a monolithic space of juvenile experience.

Sentíamos que podíamos produzir um outro modo de conhecer, de pesquisar em que o saber-fazer sensível nos permitiria pensar junto aos jovens, entrelaçados por tantas histórias, por fluxos, pela vida em sua multiplicidade. Um modo de pesquisar produtor de sentidos em itinerários possíveis de experimentação em que diferentes interlocutores e suas idéias potentes foram imprescindíveis para pensarmos o tempo do trabalho, em especial, a formação profissional; e para produzirmos sentidos múltiplos com os jovens em relação à sua inserção numa experiência profissionalizante, evidenciando, inclusive, a diversidade que compõe esses jovens. Esta tese traduz as nossas invenções, criações, tentativas de produzir diálogos com os jovens em que um outro modo de produzir conhecimento, também, permitisse falar da nossa implicação como pesquisadores. O diário de campo, uma das ferramentas da Análise Institucional, ao traduzir o cotidiano denso trazido pelos jovens, nos permitiu o registro de memória sobre tantas vidas, não apenas a nossa, a dos educadores e a dos responsáveis pelo projeto. Instaurar uma pesquisa em devir, implicada com outro modo de conhecer, era a expressão das rupturas, das intensidades, dos atravessamentos, sobre o saber e o fazer da psicologia e da educação, e que nos constituía no instante da pesquisa. A produção de dados deu-se no instante em que tentávamos desconstruir saberes e práticas que os jovens experimentavam no projeto, objetivando potencializar sentidos múltiplos a partir do diálogo, da experiência e dos encontros potentes com eles. No prisma do olhar de quem sofre a intervenção, a perspectiva da filiação para os jovens significava uma passagem transitória até conseguirem um emprego no mercado formal ou, até mesmo, através da carreira militar. Alguns descreveram, com exatidão, o perfil ideal de um militar (soldado): ter boa escolaridade e conduta, e uma qualificação.
